A message from our Founder.
“Dearest guests, my name is Taki Tsutsui and I have been in Singapore’s F&B industry for over 20 years. As a Japanese living in Singapore, I share a belief that great food does not necessary have to be expensive. In my home town, Kampon, you can indulge in heartwarming meals at an affordable price, with the best hospitality.
The first restaurant I have started was “Tendon Go!” at Gleneagles Hospital which subsequently led to it’s second store at Punggol Oasis. Now, I am pleased to introduce The Japanese Food Alley to the One-North folks. A concept of integrating a few speciality into one shop.
Our Sushi & Bento are freshly made every morning whereas our ramen & tendon are freshly made upon order. You’ll find each speciality meals with such standard of quality.
We also present evening concept.
“Kaku Uchi” here, lead by Master Chef Daniel. Kaku Uchi is part of the Japanese culture, which means to enjoy Sake with different type of finger foods.
